Personal summary

After graduation, I started working at N11.com which is most well known e-commerce company like Amazon. After 5 months of internship, I worked as a category assistant specialist until january 2021. I was responsible for the sales in the category. I am currently working on google ads project. it's been two months since i started here. I work as a customer representative and online specialist. I provide support to customers over the phone, chat and mail. I'm dealing with technical issues and questions on google ads accounts. I guide them how to solve it. I explained and managed customer how to use their website, ads and interface of their account. I worked in my previous job: Mozaik, managing e commerce entegrated with social media and it is most useful both jobs to go on with both at the same time . With the manage of the two sides of jobs I led, not only we got great feedback from our clients, but also our company’s sales were affected positively.
