I have been the director of operations of a private school for 10 years in charge of different departments including finance, human resources, transportation, maintenance, custodial, office management, purchasing and food and beverage. I have been in charge of creating budgets, preparing 5-year plans, cost analysis, board proposals, liaising with government officials and different sectors of the community, and being involved in the training of staff and staff evaluations.
