I have been working within the public and private sectors for over 40 years, and my experience is wide and varied. I have worked in customer service at a management level and am extremely experienced in working within the customer relations field both from a client point of view and a company point of view. I have over 30 years of experience in personnel management from recruitment to induction and training a variety of staff in many customer-facing roles. I am an excellent communicator and have presented training and evidence-based work to various clients. Managers and funders. I have many valuable years of experience in direct sales both on a one-to-one and corporate basis with a high yield of results across several sectors. I am well versed in the use of IT and technology and have experience with many types of software applications. I have several tears experience e of market research and find my professional and calm approach enables customers to feel at ease with me and share pointe of view in many subjects
