Personal summary

I am looking for work related to food science and technology, whether this be theoretical or related to actual projects, such as a new HACCP system for a new product. I'm adept at research from my recent MSc and have a variety of knowledge which has enabled to me provide technical support to many different projects. I am also able to audit food manufacturing sites and advise on food safety. I have extensive food testing experience, having managed and accredited food testing laboratory and am able to investigate food safety failures and suggest corrective action to prevent further reccurence.
