VSNW- I am writing to express my sincere interest in collaborating as a communications and marketing consultant with VSNW (Voluntary Sector North West). With a diverse background spanning years of management, customer service, hospitality, and extensive involvement within small businesses, the international charity sector, and refugee support initiatives, I am eager to contribute my varied experiences and expertise to your esteemed organization. My journey has provided me with a profound understanding of diverse interactions and communication strategies, particularly through my work in platform analysis and outreach for small charities and organizations in Peru. This experience has equipped me with valuable insights into retaining and engaging staff and volunteers on an international scale. Furthermore, my two years of dedication to supporting young refugees awaiting asylum in Bristol, coupled with my recent work in marketing in Peru and across Mexico, have deepened my commitment to humanitarian causes. I am particularly passionate about using my skills in communication and marketing to advocate for refugees and immigrants, and I am eager to explore opportunities to contribute as an immigration advisor. The prospect of collaborating with VSNW on ad hoc but regular pieces of work, including social media initiatives for the Answer Cancer project and campaigns aligned with your strategic plan, resonates strongly with me. My background in grassroots organizations, large providers, and VCFSE infrastructure organizations in the North West region positions me well to understand and address the unique challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
